Overview
Aqua Arcade Sports is a paid arcade basketball game developed by BluTek Media. The game is designed for quick play sessions, local progress, earned cosmetic rewards, and optional Game Center leaderboards. We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the game.
Information the App Stores on Your Device
Aqua Arcade Sports stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can remember progress and make the arcade loop work. This may include scores, best runs, difficulty settings, tickets earned, unlocked court themes, unlocked ball skins, achievements, preferences, and similar gameplay state.
Local gameplay data stays on your device unless you use an online feature described below or your device operating system backs up app data through Apple services you control.
Game Center
If you choose to use Apple Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center account, player identifier, leaderboard scores, achievements, and related Game Center activity. Aqua Arcade Sports sends eligible scores and achievements to Game Center so leaderboards and achievement milestones can work.
Game Center is provided by Apple. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's privacy policies and the privacy controls available in iOS and your Apple account settings.
Redeem Codes and Ticket Rewards
Aqua Arcade Sports may support optional redeem codes for ticket rewards, launch promotions, or giveaways. If you submit a redeem code, the app sends the code to our server so we can verify it, prevent duplicate or abusive redemptions, and return the reward amount.
For redeem code processing, we may process the submitted code, a device or installation identifier used only for redemption limits, the ticket amount awarded, redemption time, IP address, and basic request information such as user agent. We use this information to operate the code system, prevent repeated use when a code has a limit, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.
Website and Admin Console
The Aqua Arcade Sports website provides game information, the privacy policy, and a private admin console used to manage redeem codes. The admin console uses secure cookies for sign-in sessions. Server logs may include routine technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, timestamps, and error details so we can keep the site reliable and secure.
What We Do Not Do

- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in the game.
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or camera data.
- We do not require an account with us to play the game.
Children's Privacy
Aqua Arcade Sports is intended to be family-friendly, but it is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request or redeem-code issue, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.
Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app, reset game progress, or your operating system removes it. Redeem-code records and server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the reward system, investigate issues, meet security needs, or comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, including HTTPS for website and redeem-code traffic. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, but we work to keep the system simple and limit the information we collect.
Your Choices
- You can play without using Game Center, subject to the options available in iOS.
- You can choose not to submit redeem codes.
- You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device.
- You can contact us to ask about redeem-code records or support information associated with you.
